The Bridge Letter Process: Apology and Release was developed over a period of 4 years and is an unique system of interactive guided visualizations designed to help you access and shift those painful emotions that are trapped within. It is a process that you can do in the privacy of your own home when you feel ready for an emotional release.
First you access the pain with the surrogate apology process and even from that first step you gain a measure of relief. We checked in with one woman mid process and she wrote:

When I created this system, the power of it completely took me by surprise. My intention was to tap into the universal vibration of apology & the loving surrender of pain, and then offer that to anyone who might benefit, especially people who had issues they couldn’t resolve because they were waiting for others to apologize or make amends.
I wanted a system that would help people put the healing in their own hands rather than have them waiting for something that might never come from another. The result floored me. I was creating this sytem thinking “Oh, this will help other people,” and as I proof read the material, it completely surprised me, by grabbing hold of my own trapped emotions and releasing them!
It was the most powerful emotional cleanse I have ever had…and being right into self-help, I’ve tried a lot of things.
